**Cancellation Policy**

At Asher Lane Bridal, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure every bride receives a personalized and memorable experience. To respect the time of our stylists and other brides, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to making your bridal experience unforgettable.

Before You Book…

Do I really need an appointment?
Yes! We’re by-appointment-only so you always get the privacy and personal attention you deserve.
How long do appointments last?
Plan for about 90 minutes or up to 2 hours, depending on the appointment type you select. Either way, you’ll have plenty of time to laugh, cry, sip champagne, and find the one.
What size gowns do you carry?
Our collection ranges from sizes 6–22, but our average size right now is 12, with samples you can actually try on in multiple sizes.
Can I bring my people?
Of course. For semi-private appointments, bring up to 4 guests. For our VIP experience, you can invite up to 8.
Can I take my dress home the same day?
Yes! We have both same-day gowns and special orders.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to our delicate and light-filled space, we don’t allow children under 13. Call us if you have questions or special needs.
